Class Registration Form
    All registrations will require a minimum of $25 deposit or
    you may pay in full at the time of registration.  Please fill
    out the form below and indicate which class you are interested
    in.  You can mail a check for the deposit, or visit grainger tactical and make the payment in person.  last minute additions will be accepted if there is room, but no seats will be held without a deposit.  Debit/credit cards are accepted. At the time of registration I will need your full name, address,
    date of birth and drivers license number.  I can accept debit or credit cards using Square, but there is a $2 service fee added to the total.  Please call to give me the card info if you desire to use this option.

since paypal is "anti-gun", i have decided not to use it as a
